Last night we had our Kick-off meeting and it was AMAZING as fifty three people came to the meeting.
In order to raise awareness of government subsidized food, and of the alternatives we have available to us in the local community, OSPIRG is putting together a dinner comprised entirely of local organic foods.
Our annual Trick-Or-Can event, put on earlier this week by OSPIRG's "End Hunger and Homelessness" campaign, was a huge success!

The solutions aren’t quite around the bend yet, but some important behind-the-scenes activity in recent months might create a path towards greater transit choices for Oregon’s consumers and businesses - especially the tough issue of how we pay for it all.
